I spent a lot of time researching air compressors after I went through two of the 'oil less' types. The Makita MAC700 is super quiet and powerful. It comes back to pressure rapidly, and my Senco Framepro framing nailer works perfectly with it. It is a little heavier than the 'cheapo' oil-less units out there, but remember...this is an industrial, professional, piece of equipment that is designed to be reliable. Don't waste your time looking for the best deal on a small compressor....this is the compressor you need!
