I used this Maverick ET-732 to cook for the first time in one night. It was nice to get to the bed and looks to get the two to the cooking chamber and the internal temps. And 'certainly beat the devil to get up at 3:00 clock to go off to control the opening of the smoker, and then pushing a thermometer while in pork ahead of time. Just press the light button, monitor the temperature and go to sleep again. The ability to set the alarm for the room temperature too high or low the sound with the Max-internalweather was a bonus. Do yourself aa favor and get one.
